The 150th Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi was celebrated in Saraswathi Vidyalaya in a solemn manner befitting the occasion. A prayer meet including “Vaishnav Jan To”, the favorite bhajan of Gandhiji, was held in the morning, while paying tribute. Plogging- The FIT INDIA run saw the students jogging from school and picking up the litter on the way. A speech on Gandhiji was delivered on the previous day during the school assembly.
