Saraswathi Vidyalaya observed the Vigilance Awareness Week from 28th October to 2nd November 2019. The theme of the week was Integrity – A way of life. A plethora of activities were organised as a part of this initiative. Students initiated the week by taking Citizen Integrity Pledge to uphold high standards of honesty and integrity at all times and pledged to never take nor offer bribe. A special assembly was conducted to sensitize students about the ill effects of corruption. Students of classes VI to XII showed their concern about the theme by expressing themselves via posters and cartoons. Debate competition was conducted amongst the students of Class XI on the topic Is educational system playing a vital role in curbing corruption. Activities like elocution, slogan writing ,workshop and essay writing were conducted to spread the message of integrity. An inter- house Vigilance Awareness Quiz was organised. A human chain was formed as part of the Vigilance Awareness Week 2019.The initiative achieved the target of spreading the importance of making Integrity-A Way of Life.
