The 25th of June, 2024, has been marked on Saraswathi Vidyalaya’s academic calendar as a day of great significance, as the prestigious Investiture Ceremony was held, with the solemn intention of instating the new Student Council. With heads held high and hearts filled with pride, selected student representatives marched forward, embarking on their journey to step up as the flag bearers of overall excellence, effective governance and discipline. The chief guest of the occasion, Smt. R. Nishanthini IPS, Deputy Inspector General of Police, pinned badges and adorned sashes on the members of the Student Council, thereby, entrusting them with great accountability and responsibility. Our Principal, Smt. Shylaja OR administered the Oath of Allegiance, encouraging the young leaders to be dedicated and committed in performing their roles. Our chief guest presented a memento of appreciation to our inspiring Alumna, Ms. Kasturi Sha, felicitating her exceptional achievement of securing the 68th rank in the All India UPSC Civil Service Examination, 2023. Our Vice Chairperson, Dr Devi Mohan graciously expressed words of admiration and motivation.
